
Dr. Jennifer Geletko
Dr. Jennifer Geletko is the current owner and CEO of Alliance Health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from WVU in 2002 as well as a master’s in psychology in 2004. She then earned her doctoral degree in 2006 from WVU and has been serving in the clinical field since. She has 18 years of experience supervising and advising clinical intervention for a large variety of behavioral health diagnoses. She also holds a Behavior Specialist License that allows her to specialize in interventions of Applied Behavior Analysis with children and adolescents. Her clinical background and magnitude of behavioral experience, as well as research expertise, allow her to transfer the behavioral interventions successfully. She loves sharing her knowledge and expertise with the clients, families, and staff around her, which helps the loving manner for the transference of skills. Her greatest success is witnessing the life-changing success and growth of her clients.
She has a plethora of clinical and field experience, which includes her clinical experience at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) with research on tobacco use and cessation interventions as well as at the National Institute of Occupational Safety (NIOSH) where she culminated research and intervention on underground safety for professionals. She also currently serves as a supervisor of ABA staff in Sri Lanka.
Dr. Geletko loves to spend time with her family, serve her community, and volunteer with a variety of outreach programs. She loves to travel with her husband (Dustin) and daughter (Lexi); she loves to spend time with her puppy (Zoey) as well.

Joseph Alexander
Joseph Alexander is a current Licensed Psychologist who has been employed with Alliance Health since 2000 as a consulting and supervising psychologist. Joe received a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1972 from St. Vincent College. He then received a Master’s of Education in Educational Psychology in 1973 as well as an Advanced Certificate in School Psychology in 1974 from Edinboro University of Pa. He brings a great deal of experience from the Intermediate Unit with providing psychological services to school districts in Fayette, Greene, and Washington Counties of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Pennsylvania Psychological Licensure Exam in 1981 to become a Licensed Psychologist and developed a small, private practice to share his professional knowledge. He retired from the IU in 2008 but has been employed through Alliance for over 24 years as a supervising psychologist.

Emma Sagosky
Emma has been an employee of Alliance Health Wraparound since 2009 starting as Behavior Health Technician (BHT) and working her way through school receiving her Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) in 2012 through Purdue Global University and starting to work as a Behavior Consultant (BC) until receiving her board certification when she began working as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Along with providing BCBA services, Emma is currently the clinical director and provides clinical oversight to staff along with supervising Behavior Health Technicians.

Kimberly Mayfield
Kimberly Mayfield is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Bachelor of Social Work at Bethany College with a minor in special education and an emphasis on Autism. She then earned her Master’s degree from WVU in Social Work and holds a Social Work License in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She has 16 years of experience in the mental health field as a clinical therapist, trauma specialist, and behavioral specialist. She also currently works as a supervisor over many clinical and ABA therapists. Kim loves to travel and go on vacation with her family. She also loves her animals, nature, and spending time with her two children.

Allisyn Herre-Allison
Allisyn Herre-Allison works as a Behavior Specialist for Alliance Health. She currently resides in California, PA with her husband, son, and 6 pets. She began her clinical career at Alliance Health in May of 2014. Allisyn obtained her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from California University of PA in May of 2014 with a minor in psychology. Allisyn also obtained her master in social work (MSW) degree from California University of PA in May of 2017. She currently serves as a Behavior Specialist and Mobile Therapist where she works with children with ADHD, ODD, global developmental delays, anxiety disorders, autism, and other various behavioral and mental health diagnoses to help clients and families decrease behavioral concerns, increase social skills and decrease mental health concerns in the school, home and the community settings. Allisyn also has current experience with Glade Run Lutheran Services, in Pittsburgh, PA as a school-based mental health outpatient therapist. Allisyn has worked in several school districts with Glade Run, in the past and present, in Allegheny County providing mental health therapy from elementary aged children to high school level adolescents. Allisyn’s favorite intervention to utilize is CBT, aspects of art therapy, psycho education, and person-centered therapy. Allisyn also has experience serving at Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services Inc. in Uniontown, PA as a school based mental health outpatient therapist and a mental health resource specialist as well in several school districts in Fayette County, PA. Allisyn also has experience serving as a master level social work intern with the intermediate unit 1 for one year prior to obtaining her master’s degree in the Albert Gallatin School district with the school social worker.
Allisyn takes pride in her work and truly enjoys working with children and their families. Mental health awareness is extremely important to her. Allisyn enjoys spending time with her family, pets and friends when she is not working. She enjoys taking trips, especially to the beach, shopping, playing with her 2-year-old son and watching a good TV show with her husband in her spare time.

Rachel Howell
Rachel Howell has been employed with Alliance Health for 10 years, and she serves in the clinical field as a Behavior Specialist. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Waynesburg University in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She also holds a Master’s Degree from California University of Pennsylvania in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2017). Rachel also holds a Behavioral Specialist License in Pennsylvania. In addition to being employed as a clinical therapist at Alliance Health, she also has experience at Pennsylvania Human Services. She currently works full time in the clinical field as a therapist where she loves to assist families in multiple capacities. During her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and appreciate the outside where you’ll often find the during the nice weather.

Tina David
Tina David currently serves in the clinical field as a Behavior Specialist at Alliance Health. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling. She serves as a consultant for a large variety of mental health degrees and loves to help children overcome their challenges, learn their strengths, and build a positive outcome to success. She has a large variety of experience, which includes the fields of Nursing, Laboratory, Head Start, Medical Health Administration, Hospice, and Mental Health Counseling.
Tina was married at the age of nineteen to the love of her life and is the proud mommy of 4 biological children, 2 adopted children, and 4 grandchildren. Tina has also served as a foster parent for over 17 years. She has had many children living in her home and loves to show them how to build healthy attachments and help them find their inner strength to succeed in life. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, vacationing, church choir, and playing with all my grandchildren.

Alliance Health also employs approximately 40 clinical staff who are certified and trained to deliver quality interventions to maximize the success of each client served.
