IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services)
IBHS is a program designed to meet the needs of children and adolescents who may have a variety of behavioral, emotional, or mental needs. Through the delivery of client-centered and individualized treatment, the program is geared at identifying individual needs and delivering therapeutic interventions to reduce the specific concerns and increase overall functioning and strengths across all domains.
The services are voluntary and can be delivered across a variety of settings (homes, communities, schools, and daycares) to clients who have Medicaid or other approved/in-Network private insurance. Alliance works with each insurance company to help meet eligibility requirements to provide the services medically necessary for success.
Our staff meet the state and regulatory guidelines to ensure supreme service delivery and clinical interventions shown for success within the least restrictive approach.
How do I get services or know if my child qualifies?
In order to receive IBHS, the child or adolescent must have a behavioral health diagnosis. Alliance Health provides full psychological evaluations with licensed psychologists to determine if the client meets the criteria for a diagnosis or diagnoses. Referrals for IBHS can be discussed at the time of the psychological evaluation to determine eligibility and recommendations of services.
Medicaid and other insurances are accepted, which is handled by our team to ensure an expedited process for eligibility.
